Our Promise
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your perfect fit.

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchanges: We happily offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.
Important Exceptions: Final Sale Items
To ensure hygiene and quality for all our beautiful customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Swimwear Bottoms (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
- Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or with a discounted price over 50% off.
- Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, altered, or have damaged/removed tags.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once your request is approved, please:
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
- Ensure all original tags are attached.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our fulfillment center. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
