  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Important Exceptions: Final Sale Items

To ensure hygiene and quality for all our beautiful customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Swimwear Bottoms (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or with a discounted price over 50% off.
  • Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, altered, or have damaged/removed tags.

Once your request is approved, please:

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
  • Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
  • Ensure all original tags are attached.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our fulfillment center. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
