Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once your request is approved, please:
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number.
- Ensure all original tags are attached.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your package to our fulfillment center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note: Simply Bikini Store is not liable for return packages lost in transit.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

To ensure hygiene and the quality of our products for all our beautiful customers, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear Bottoms (for hygiene reasons, unless defective).
- Any item marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or with a discounted price over 50% off.
- Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, altered, or have damaged/removed tags.

International Returns
As a global store (serving most regions worldwide), customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
